The Rigg Gear 28 liter Hurricane Saddlebags are made from 100% waterproof and durable, PVC material. All the seams are electronically heat welded. The Hurricane saddlebags feature a water tight roll top closure with quick release side buckles. The back side of the saddlebags feature bottle pockets large enough to hold 30 ounce bottles. The front of the Hurricane Saddlebags feature molle panels, which allow you to add other optional accessories. The four metal D rings on the front and back of the bags can be used to mount dry roll bags to the top of the saddlebag. The Hurricane Saddlebag profile is customizable depending on the amount of gear that you’re taking with you. You can run fully loaded and fully expanded but if you don’t want the full-size saddlebags look, you can actually compress the bag down to fit whatever amount of you're taking with you.
